Cycle Calc Version 1.29 To install Cycle Calc you need either RCOM for PC or PsionLink for Macintosh. If you don't have either , call Psion to find out about upgrading from MClink. If you have RCOM use the install batch files to make life easy for you. You may want to use a blank formatted floppy disk to install off of as your C drive won't get littered with Install batch files. Make sure that the \APP directory is off of the Root, then type one of the following: AbikeI This will install off of Drive A on your PC to Internal AbikeL This will install off of Drive A on your PC to Drive A of 3a AbikeR This will install off of Drive A on your PC to Drive B of 3a If you want to install off of Drive C of your PC it would be CbikeI,L or R If you want to install off of Drive B of your PC it would be BbikeI,L or R Macintosh owners have it real easy, just drag the APP folder onto whatever drive you want the software on. The whole package takes up 38k or so, so you might want to use an SSD. Also note that the readme files can be deleted after you've read them, which will bring the total size down to around 30K. Once you have copied everything, go to your System screen and press the Psion key and the letter I (Install from the Apps menu) choose Bike.grp and you'll be all set. If you've never used a group, press the Space Bar on it to see the individual applications. Changes from V1.1 Cycle Calc update notes Version 1.29 Hi, this is an update release that trims out some fat adds some features and takes care of some minor problems, as follows: ****You will have to delete your old user.odb file**** This is done by moving the cursor under the Log Icon and pressing the TAB key. Then highlight the file "User.odb" and press menu, choose delete file. This is due to change number 1. You will then simply have to re-enter your Rider details. If you had entered your rides in miles and pounds, and now wish to switch to metric, don't worry, Cycle Calc will convert everything to your new choice. ******Please note that if you had logged your ****** ******rides in Km before Cycle Calc supported****** ******metric, calculations will not be accurate****** 1. Added choice between Pounds/Miles or Kg/KM, this is done by entering the rider details. If you have a previous version you will have to delete the old "user.odb" file. 2. Fixed a minor bug that caused memory creepage while inputing user info. This only happened if you didn't put any info in, which caused the procedure to loop. 3.
